This was an excellent book! With some very GOOD, sound, advice. Please don't let the title throw you because I saw it and thought, "Well, I don't really have a button that makes me "go off"..." I tend to stay quiet. That is my way of reacting/responding to difficult people. If you respond the same way...this book can still be for you. Each of us have people in our lives that are a bit hard to be around because of their particular behavior. They do things, that aren't right, and it affects us (and others around them). There are ways to help them (and you) and thus improving your relationship with them. Dr. Townsend has good advice and I intend to read through the book again, underlining things that I want to have stand out, for future reference. This was a very good book.
