A great reference book - I used it to get a better understanding of the foods and suppliements that I can use to prevent the cancer that runs in my family. Dr Gaynor talks about the various foods and supplements, tells how they work in the body, and gives insights into how to decide what to eat and what supplements to take in order to boost your immune system to address your particular medical tendencies.
