These are four VERY different stories, of course with ultimately happy endings. "No Strings Attached" by Jaci Burton is a story you've read many times before - the young widow who finally gets together with her late husband's best friend, who has been patiently waiting in the wings. "La Petite Mort" by Jasmine Haynes is about a woman who has a cancer scare. Her boss gives her her fantasy - two men. "Honor Bound" by Joey Hill could stand alone as a book. After a scorching one night stand at a BDSM club, the hero goes off to the Stan, the heroine to Iran, where she is seriously wounded & permanently disabled. After his tour, he finds her & tries to re-establish their relationship. This is NOT light reading. I personally found it disturbing & depressing. The last story, "Rhio's Dancer", by Denise Rosetti, was a futuristic fantasy fluff piece. The sex scenes in all four stories were very well written, detailed, graphic, explicit; exactly what I expected from these four authors. I was not too happy with some of the storylines, but that's just my personal taste.
