This book was published in 1995. It has some great recipes from the people of SW Virginia and East Tennessee. There are several Sweet Potato Casseroles, many easy main dishes, recipes for Fresh Blackberry Cake, Green Tomato Chocolate Cake, Peanut Butter Waffles and an old recipe for Chocolate Gravy.
