This book is nothing like the first two. If you're looking for Janie to get back into the solving crimes business, nope, not here. No police activity here at all. It's all about family drama. The book was very lacking story line wise. It was more like watching a soap opera that was trying to drag itself out as long as it could with only a few people left to say their lines. The end was meh. I wasn't amazed with it and it again was like a dragged out soap opera as well. Highly disappointed in this book. It should have been sent back to the author and totally redone. Not how I wanted to see this series end at all, on a very dull note.
