Classic Kathleen Winsor - great novel, but DO take the "erotic" part seriously. This couple has sex on every other page and I read the book pretty fast because I skipped over all of "those" parts - they're all the same, and normal people know that people don't "do it" that often. Aside from that, the historical aspects are good. If you've read her other books you know how they end. This is no different.
