What I love about this book:
Very creative, with plenty of twists, mystery and action. I adore the fact that the main male character was Asian and a total hottie. How cool is it when the way Hannah starts to see ghosts begins when she accidently inhales the ashes of the recently departed after being struck by lightning while at the guys funeral. Like I said very creative!

What I did not like:
Lots of bad stuff happens to Hannah and as crazy as the premise sounds, the stuff that happens to Hannah almost sounds unbelievable. She already has inner ear problems resulting in Vertigo (and cant hear from one ear) but as the story progresses, she develops a heart problem, has low blood pressure problem add in quite a few physical assaults, a dash of emotional trauma, one part ******** (cant tell you it is a spoiler) and you have one seriously traumatized chick.
In addition to Hannahs list of ailments, she is annoyingly insecure. Yes, I know, lots of us chicks have serious self-esteem issues (including me) but come on? By the end of the book, I was almost hoping Takeshi would dump her butt because she was so insecure. He needed a woman not a meek mouse.

What saves this book:
Takeshi, Takeshi, Takeshi. Did I mention Takeshi? My goodness, the guy is hot. I am not talking looks (though after The Last Samarai and Ken Watanabe, I have a serious crush for tall Asian men). I am talking his attitude. He was the perfect Alpha hero. I loved his character!

The storyline was good too. It has the perfect part mystery, paranormal elements, and hot sex.
