Lucy Conroy can't catch a break. Not only has her beau run off with a girl from a competing circus, he's absconded with Lucy's savings as well. What's more, handsome, rakish - and completely inexperienced - Englishman Jeremy Barrington has arrived as the new owner of the circus. Life certainly can't get worse -0 unless Lucy admits that Jeremy's devil may care charm is irrestible.
