Very predictable, by half way you know everything and you're only waiting for 'the trial' which of course happens in the last few chapters (good thing it's a short book)so by that time, to me, it was just kind of boring, however, the last chapter and here is a *spoil alert*-----all I'm saying is it will keep you hanging until the next book and lots and lots of people don't like that.

By the way, in some websites when you pull up this book it has the title The Mayfly? what? why? anyway I got it from the library
