Gorgeous pictures of grilled and beautifully plated Southern Calif. cooking. These recipes are so good, I've used most of them for years.
Try Veal Medallions with Truffle Oil, Peppered Lamb Chops and Braised Leeks...so many others. Vignettes include "A Late-Night Supper At the Bar" which just serves 4 for an after theatre or movie with friends. I loved this book, but I'm ready to pass it on!
This is an oversized hardback in excellent condition.
