This book is a wonderful walk down memory lane for those of us who lived these times and a fascinating look at the events that changed the world for those who weren't there. It covers so much, from the beginning roots of rock, and it's stages in development, the impact decade by decade. It explores the changing generations and the current events of the times, from the Korean War, to the Cuban Missile Crisis, to the Space Race. It looks at the popular books, the black and white films at the drive-in theaters. Great pictures throughout! Priceless.
