A really funny, sexy, and romantic tale about a lonely gunslinger who only wants a quiet place to retire and a single woman who can't cook who marry to protect her from the bad guy who wants her land. Lots of endearing secondary players in the mix who reinforce that townsfolk can be family too. It's a fabulous intro to a new-to-me author. I laughed so much. A true delight! I'll definitely look out for her in the future. 4.5 stars.
