I enjoyed this book. It takes a look at American Indians trying to adjust to the white mans ways. The clashes in character, beliefs, and heritage. The death of a tribe and its strong heritage. Looking through the eyes of a woman who must adjust to the changing world around her to survivie. This book is not easy to put down.
