The modern day setting of Gypsy Fire is not the kind of book that I normally would choose to read. However, I got hooked on Sara Orwig as an author with her historical romance books. Surprisingly, I really enjoyed this one.
FROM THE BACK COVER:
Molly hated to force the issue, but she had to convince Jake Cannon that he was not going to spend his long-awaited vacation alone.
As star witnesses to a crime, both knew they must leave Detroit immediately. So Jake found himself a reluctant host at his isolated house in the Ozarks. To his shock, he couldn't keep his eyes off Molly.
She was a gypsy, a butterfly, a thistle in the wind. Though she'd risk her life in a moment of danger, Jake set out to persuade her to risk her heart on a man who loved her.
