It has solutions for just about every girly emergency a party girl can think of -- from too much clubbing to what to do to prep for a last minute romantic trip to the beach. The 3 days to a flat tummy section is fabulous, and the hangover prevention and cure section is like gospel among my group! The beauty section is fun -- with lots of secrets hidden in your pantry for shiny hair, soft skin, and white nails. And of course, there are sections on catching and dumping guys which my single friends really use. This is a book you'll always want close at hand -- or maybe in your handbag!
