For an "erotic romance" this book had little of either quality. The premise is a farce and the main leads are boring. The two most interesting people are cousin and her officer boyfriend. Although erotica is not known for having cohesive plots or characters with depth, it should have, by it's very nature, many romantic encounters. There are a decent number of them in this story, but I didn't find any of them sexy. My own personal pet peeve: I can't stand stories with stupid women and unfortunately the lead female in this book definitely qualifies as stupid in my book. Not near as smart as a college professor should be.
