Easy and quick to read. Set up so that you can quickly find the areas that apply and to skip over parts that don't apply. Very helpful. A great read for women as well especially if your spouse owns a business. It will give you information that you may not get from your attorney. From a male perspective so it may include topics you may not have considered.
