"A story of grace, of God's never-ceasing love and the sometimes flawed, faithful people He uses to bring His purpose to pass."

A well written book. The heroine is hateful and greatly flawed and needed changing, which she did in the end by finding the Lord. The setting was a small mountain town in New York during winter. I could feel the gripping cold as I read this novel. The story ended abruptly, so maybe the author is planning a sequel.
