The book is great for younger kids (7-10) who want to learn more about different people who have made a difference. It tells about Socrates, Hannibal, Joan of Arc, Martin Luther, Elizabeth of England, Robert E. Lee, Father Damien, Theodore Roosevelt, Edith Cavell, Mahatma, and Lindberg.
