Finger Food: Bite-Sized Snacks to Share With Friends (Little Food Series)

A great cookbook of both basic and some more exotic appetizers and finger foods. Most recipes call for ingredients that cooks will have on hand or are readily available in your local supermarket. Basics include guacamole, white bean dip, hummus, baba ghanouj, orange sweet potato fries and baklava, all of which call for less than 8 ingredients. We loved the recipes for sigara boregi (tasty phyllo rolls filled with garlic, feta and parsley) and Moneybags (fried wontons filled with chicken, pork, peanuts with an Asian flair). None of the recipes require a great deal of time or skill and the variations are endless. A definite keeper on my cookbook shelf.
