Book Review of A Home for My Heart

I enjoyed this sweet romance between two adults who knew what their dreams were, but then had to decide if their dreams were worth being alone. Sadie and Blaine carried their past status as orphans and the hurt that caused them into adulthood, and they both clung stubbornly to the dreams that they thought would earn them respect in the community. Sadie wanted to be matron of the orphans' home, and Blaine was sure owning a farm was the thing that would heal his hurt. When both their dreams came true at the same time, they allowed their fear to pull them apart instead of finding a compromise that suited them both. The plot was more predictable then I prefer, but overall, this story is an enjoyable way to spend time.
