Very good book and simplifies workout items especially losing fat. Appreciated the the open and honest talk in the book. if you want to lose that last bit of fat and gain muscle this is a great book. Also speaks of what to look for when evaluating other workout articles or books. Really enjoyed his approach and would recommend this to anyone who wants a simple straight forward workout.
