Tori Miracle is not a popular newcomer to the small Pennsylvania town of Lickin Creek. Her past - complete with mishaps and murder - recedes her. Nonetheless, she perseveres, volunteering to help with the annual house tour. Te town's most stately home offers up a surprise skeleton when a tuxedo clad set of bnes is found in the springhouse of historic Morgan Manor. The body turns out to be tht of a groom forty years late for his own wedding. But where is th bride? The couple, Rodney Mellon and Emily Rakestraw, both teachers at the local high school, disappeared four decades earlier - presumably eloping. What ended this fatal attraction, and whatare members of th community so desperate to hide? Tori unovers a crime ofperverse secrets that must be kept hidden at any cost, and unfortunately her own untimely demise.
