As a recently divorced woman with a tween son, this book had me laughing so hard in some points that I had to wipe the tears away! I just hope that I can survive those upcoming years with as much humor as Janine does (even if it is of the black humor variety)and that my son and I fare as well. Of course it wouldn't hurt if we found a good looking, rich man who loves us both as much... :)
