My husband picked this Destroyer novel up at a used book store and read it while on vacation. He says it was a quick read for the Destroyer series. (He likes the ones written by both Sapir and Murphy.) Not too much character or series advancement in it, so he doesn't want to keep it, but he liked it.

I have read the first ten or so books in the massive Destroyer series, and they are a lot of fun. Remo Williams and Chiun are great characters who make the business of assassination fun for the reader. A tongue-in-cheek series, that takes the absurd in stride and makes it work, and work well. I mean, really, super assassins versus a Chinese, vegeterian, secret vampire society? You got to love it!
