I have ready every book Ms. O'Donnell has written. Once again, she has not disappointed me. Her words bring life to her charcters. You are literally transported into another time and another world. That is what she has done with her story about Terran & Bria. Terran, a strong and mighty warrior yet foolish. Bria, a strong and loving woman (who believes in heroes) who brings healing to a wounded and foolish heart. Bria was forced to marry her enemy, Terran is not your typical love story we are so used to reading. Trust me, their story is different and will keep you so involved in their lives that you will be pulling for them. On the other hand, Kenric, the villian, you will not like a bit. In fact, I found myself shouting to Terran "wake up" and see the true person Kenric really is! If you want to find a book where you can escape, and one that will leave you wanting more, then this is a MUST READ!
