Susan Abbot is settling for a marriage of friendship instead of love, and for all the wrong reasons. Her godmother sends her nephew Jake with presents, one for each day before the wedding. The first present is a wedding dress that fits Susan almost perfectly. And, when Susan tries it on three days before the wedding, she slips back in time to her mother's childhood. The problems she witmesses 50 years ago mirror her own, and help her choose the right man. Enjoyable read.
