A Tribute to Over 100 of the Northeast's Old-Time Best" is a detailed "biography" of over 100 past and present diners and roadside eateries through New England and New York. In addition to an overview of roadside from the early 20th century to the present, the book is handsomely illustrated with period photographs and postcard views, many never published before. Chock full of what the National Geographic Traveler calls "witty histories", this book is a fun nostalgic look at not only lost eatries, but a lost way of life.
