This book is one of the least memorable romances Ive ever read. Nothing really happens to move the plot along. Delia Rae returns to small town Serendipity after leaving to attend medical school; now, she runs the clinic. She meets EMT Zach Bowden while caring for a resident, and they recognize each other. However, Delia has kept one thing from Zach: when she left, she was pregnant with his child.

This is the second book with a hidden baby storyline in it; the other book was much better. Delia and Zach meet, sparks fly, and after much angsting, they decide to tell Delias son about his father. Then they live happily ever after.

Really. Thats it. Thats the whole plot. Nothing bad really happens to pull them apart, although if I were a man, I think Id be very angry to learn that my child had purposefully been kept from me. There is literally nothing about this book that I found particularly appealing.
