  I come to swap
A book here and there
Sometimes a poem
I will even share

My spelling is bad
But at least I try
I don't belittle others
To make them sad or cry

I love to share
As all who know me will say
And have been known on occasion
To add an extra just to make your day

I stop by the chat rooms
To meet new friends I have made
We talk of books we have read
Vacations taken, or even games we have played

This wonderful new world of sight and sound
The World Wide Web it is
Has given us friends we would have never had
Whether they are Mr., Mrs., or Miss

But as it is with all forms of life
Everyone we cannot please
So instead of crying or throwing a fit
I just sit here and continue to tease

We all search for praise, and comments are nice
But really, it's all in vain
For like flowers, we enjoy the sun
But to grow, we still need the rain.

That is a really nice poem. I especially like the last bit about how like flowers, we enjoy the sun, but to grow, we still need the rain. Well, we sure don't enjoy that rain sometimes, but it's what we need in the end.
