I was a little disappointed in these "secrets" - some of them seemed more like commonplace, common sense ideas, and not revolutionary or extra helpful at all. Still, the book is going to go on my Reminder List, as I'd like to pick it up because it does have some useful exercises and examples. Note that this book is NOT for a beginner, the exercises and samples are written presupposing you have some familiarity for reading and writing Japanese already.
