Daisey's autobiographical tale of his time at Amazon.com during the dotcom boom isn't exactly fictionalized -- people who have worked in software and ecommerce environments will recognize Daisey and his fellow call center denizens. If you never worked in the high stress hustle tech environment, this book can be an eye-opener. If you're a veteran, you'll laugh all the way through it.
