Our church is completing a 21-month study(one chapter/one night/ per month). This is one of the best books on leadership that I have ever read. Since beginning the study,on 5/22/07, I have been promoted within our ministry to two positions, within the past 4 months, that I never dreamed possible. In the workplace,when layoffs were all around me, by applying principles of the Bible and this book, I am the only one left standing in my department. When all the department's positions were to be terminated, they decided to keep one; mine! I know promotion and favor comes from God but I believe the equipping I received though my pastor's teaching from the Bible and this book, made the all the difference in where I am and where I could be. Don't wait for it...go out and buy one! I did.
