Good guide for you. The workouts are difficult. I have been working out for years, and doing the complete sets for all the different workouts is a challenge. At the same time, you know that you are doing something to yourself. So it's worth it.

Time is priceless with how busy everyone is today this book is a real jewel. This book not only gives you a great plan and advice or losing weight in a time frame that is workable for most people, but also prepares you mentally, how to eat, and how to recover from physical injury. Workouts include warm up and cool down routines, an exercise plan for all parts of the body. Also has information on ball sports, skiing, and walking with logs to keep up with progress.
A great book to work exercising and improving your health into a busy life.
