This book is good if you need some basic schooling in how to eat healthy by choosing low-sodium, low-cholesterol, low-fat items. But, I was hoping more for meal ideas for every day and planning help which was not the case. It gives you little tidbits of information for every day of the year and some days have recipes. Good book, just not he one I wanted.
