If you have a lot of weight to lose and want to do it safely, this is the perfect book. The exercises are clearly described and illustrated with photos. They are designed for larger people so even at the very beginning, you can do the stretches, etc. It's a good one with lots of motivating advice from Jorge.
I found this book to be helpful in creating an action plan for weight loss. The exercises are mostly isometric and most beneficial, I think, for someone who really hasn't exercised in a while. I appreciate the example of the Cruise Plate which is depicted in several photos in the book. I also appreciate the 7 day meal plan has pictures and portion sizes shown for those people who are more visual learners. There are also great photo demonstrations of the exercises. A list of recommended foods to eat is in the back which I found helpful to use as a guide for eating better and healthier. Well done, Mr. Cruise.
