1/2C.WHITE SUGAR, 3/4C.LIGHT BROWN SUGAR, 1-8-OZ.SOFT CREAM CHEESE, 1 T. VANILLA, 1 BAG HEATH TOFFEE BRICKLE. MIX FIRST  4 INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, ADD ONE BAG OF HEATH TOFFEE BRICKLE. SERVE WITH APPLE SLICES.
