2 CANS ARTICHOKES,CHOPPED AND DRAINED WELL, 2C. MAYONNAISE, 2C. PARMESAN CHEESE, GRATED. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS. BAKE IN PIE PAN. BAKE IN OEN AT 350 FOR 30 MINUTES OR TILL BROWN. SERVE WITH CRACKERS.
