I love the Corduroy stories so much! I always had my mom read me these books when I was a child. They're sweet, gentle, and teach the power of love and friendship.

The only drawback to this book is that it's many "adventures" in one, and it was hard to tell my daughter she could only have one of the stories at a time; she always wanted to read them all!

This book has a soft spot in my heart because my youngest daughter loved it so much when we borrowed it from MOPS (Mothers of Pre Schoolers) when she was really little. She always wanted to read "CordurBoy". She couldn't quite pronounce it right and that made it just that much more sweet.
The illustrations are engaging and the story is sweet. You really want little Corduroy to get his button and a home.
