I have read the guidlines and am still unsure on whether to post these books as they are not ex-lib. They are PBs in what I would consider "good, used" condition except for the person's name written in marker across the outside pages of the book (not the text). Are these considered "postable" or not? I have no problem offering them in the book bazaar if they are not postable, but would like this clarified for future reference. Thanks.

There is nothing specific in the Help Center that I could find when someone asked this same question about a week ago, but I recall a big discussion on the forums that started about something else, but ended up including books that have the name written on the edges of the pages (opposite the spine) I believe it was Robert, but could have been Richard, I don't remember, but they ultimately said that it is no different than the remainder markings and stamps that libraries, book dealers, and bookcrossers put on the edges. We don't think anything about the stamps the library puts there, why would a name be any different? I didn't see any opposition to my comments to the same last week, so I"m guessing no one found anything any different and you should be fine.

Thanks Sherry. I just wasn't sure and didn't want to make a mistake.
