Does anybody happen to know... If someone has their account on hold, especially for a long period of time, and continues to request books, what happens if a book to them goes lost? Will the system automatically mark it received because the account is on hold, or is it based on whether or not the member has actually logged in to their account recently rather than their hold status? I ask because Randi has two books about to go lost on their way to her...and her account has been put on hold for an entire year while she is in Greece. I am managing her account for her so that she can still get PBS books while she is gone (her sister is sending them to her APO). I just would hate to see her lose these credits because the system automatically marks the books received while she is on hold... |

Bren, I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that the automatic marking comes into effect if a person hasn't logged in to the account, not by whether the account is on hold. |

Im pretty sure Jane is right. Its inactivity that triggers the automated recieved function. |
