I have been trying without success to add money to my PBS account. No matter what card I try, the following message comes up: Check Credit Card number and resubmit." I have done this several times and get the same message. Is there a problem? |

Did you put your security number in? If you did and it didn't work, you'll have to ask R&R. |

I would suggest refreshing the browser. Maybe something is interfering with it.

the same thing happened to me for weeks, and i just tried again and it let me finally!-- same card! |

This is probably a stupid question but does the address on your account here match the address on your bank account? With Netflix my account was frozen because I hadnt changed my account info at the bank yet and the addresses didnt match up. Also is the card out of date maybe? |
