I didn't realize when I ordered this book that it was published back in 1989, when most of this boundary stuff was first coming out. In fact, I probably read it back then. It's not a bad book. It's just that it gave me absolutely no information that I didn't already know. So, I didn't like it. I am 51 and have been working with this kind of stuff for years. If you are a younger person or are an older person just starting out on your quest for an addictive free life, it may well be the book for you.
