Beautifully presented in black and white on cream colored pages. This is an interesting collection of memoirs, history, photographs, and recipes from one of the USAs prestigous schools. Well worth reading - putting out as a coffee table book - and using the recipes. Several of the recipes are originals from Dr. Carver. Sampling of recipes: Apricot Iced Tea; Spiced Papaya Salsa with Grilled Shrimp; Sweet Potato Soup; Roast Suckling Pig; Southern Barbecue; Southern Corn Bread Dressing; Pkra with Corn and Tomaotes; Church Social Yeast Bisuits; Dr. Carver's Sweet Potato Muffins; Red Velvet Cake.
