This is a hefty tome with an extensive index. I appreciated the relevant quotes on every (unillustrated) page. The contents give a thorough treatment of the whys and hows and details about consensual crimes, also called non-victim crimes. There is a look at what the Christian bible says on the subject, and suggestions for change.
