Great for teaching toddlers/preschoolers what to expect before their first plane ride.

This is a wonderful book for youngsters two years old and up. One might think this would be a good book for a little boy since the subject matter is about airplanes, but you would be wrong. My daughter who is a toddler adores this book. I end up reading this book about 4-5 times in a row because she loves this book that much. As a parent you often get bored reading the same story over and over again, but the large drawings in this book are rich, colorful, and detailed enough to hold even my attention. The book starts with people arriving at the airport by bus and cars. You see the progression from the check-in counter all the way to take-off. This would be an ideal book for a child who hasn't been on a plane before and is apprehensive about flying.
