This connect the dots book features detailed puzzles of 38 different insects (not 48 as indicated in the description). There is a 2-page spread for each entry which includes the main dot-to-dot, a tiny dot-to-dot, and specific information about each insect such as: the scientific name, size, what the insect eats, where it lives, and color. Each completed picture can be colored in, if so desired. The total number of dots for each puzzle range from 30 to over 100, although most fall somewhere in between.

This would be a wonderful gift to an insect-lover, or a nice addition to a unit-study or note/lap booking project.
