This is a fabulous cookbook.
Three main divisions: Ethnic America, Regional America, Classic America.
Ethnic America includes Italian, Greek and Turkish, Spanish, French, Middle European, Jewish, Russian, Scandinavian, Mexican, Central and South American, Cuban and Caribbean, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Southeast Asian, Indian, Middle Eastern and Moroccan.
Regional American includes sections on New England, New York, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Dutch, Chesapeake Bay, Low Country (South Carolina and Georgia coast line), Dixie, Florida, Cajun/Creole, Texas, Midwest, Southwest, California, Hawaii.
Classic America: Breakfasts across America, Appetizers, Salads and Salad Dressings, Sandwiches, Hearty Main Courses, Side Dishes, Breads, Desserts, Frozen Desserts.
