This is a good reference book that really helps you decide if what you are experiencing needs a doctor or not. Each symptom is illustrated with a very easy to understand chart of symptoms. You answer yes or no and it guides you a long to a conclusion. I liked the fact that he also discussed possible treatments and when to call 911. It also gave information about the body to help you better understand, and helpful hints. Easy to use and read, gives you the facts you need
