If you think eating fish get's pretty boaring, this cookbook will change your mind. I've found a great number of recipies that I can adapt. Why adapt? Well I think this was written in the mid 90's and tends to offset the many benefits of eating fish by fat-heavy sauces or big carb loads. To its credit, all the calorie estimates and other nutrition data for each dish are included. If you know how to "lighten up" a recipie it isn't too difficult to rebuild the dish in a pretty healthy fashion AND maintain the flavor and innovation.
In the end, the flavor ideas are invaluable and I found it got me excited about fish again.
